For nearly 40 years, I have been passionately exploring natural healing methods. My journey began when my first child experienced an adverse reaction to her initial vaccination—an event that pushed me to seek an alternative approach to wellness. It was then that I discovered homeopathy. While wandering through the charming bookshops of Hay-on-Wye, I stumbled upon a modest Materia Medica by E.B. Nash. Within its pages, I found detailed descriptions of homeopathic remedies, each with its own unique personality. I was captivated.
I believe that every individual is wonderfully unique, and so too are our paths to health. Homeopathy embraces this individuality, treating each person according to their distinct needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution. I have witnessed how this gentle form of healing can provide profound benefits without the harsh side effects often associated with modern medicines.
My training is rooted in classical homeopathy, and I am a licensed practitioner from the Welsh School of Homeopathy in Carmarthen. Prior to focusing exclusively on my homeopathic practice, I worked as a Paediatric Physiotherapy Technician for the NHS—a role that enriched my understanding of holistic care.
Above all, I am a proud parent to four amazing children and Nanny Cwtch to my most wonderful granddaughter, whose lessons and love continue to inspire my work every day. I am also blessed to share this journey with my supportive and loving husband, whose unwavering encouragement and partnership enrich every aspect of my life.
